l. If elected, will you cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on legislation to repeal the provisions in federal laws which authorize compulsory union dues?
Yes.
2. Will you support repeal of existing federal laws which force employees to accept a union as their exclusive representative against their will?
Yes.
3. Do you favor preservation of Section 14(b) of the Taft-Hartley Act, which authorizes state Right to Work laws?
Yes.
4. Will you support legislation to end the special immunity from prosecution union officials presently enjoy under the federal Hobbs Anti-Extortion statute?
Yes.
5. Will you oppose the forced unionization of federal, state, county and municipal employees?
Yes.
6. Will you support legislation to prohibit organizations that collect legally-mandated compulsory dues or fees from spending any of those dues or fees for lobbying or to support or oppose political candidates or causes?
Yes.
7. Will you support legislation to nullify President Clinton's Executive Order #12954, which requires federal contractors to punish or fire employees who choose to work during a strike, and hands union officials the power to shut down businesses that refuse to force their employees to pay union dues?
Yes.
8. Will you oppose any revisions to federal labor law which impose new penalties on employers who resist attempts by union officials to impose compulsory unionism on their employees?
Yes.
9. Will you vote to cut off tax subsidies to labor unions or their front organizations that compel individuals to pay dues as a condition of employment and which actively promote compulsory unionism?
Yes.

Comments: Although I am in agreement with each of the desired reforms above, I would like the record to show that I do not consider myself 'anti-union'. If some workers choose to bargain collectively, that should be their right--as long as membership is strictly voluntary.
